Once you have selected the payment method, click "Pay for order" to complete the change.

The main reason payment being delayed or not received is incorrect order information when initially requesting the transfer. E.g. wrong beneficiary, wrong concept, total costs and fees not being covered.
Please allow for the payment confirmation time to expire. If there is no change in the status of your order, please contact us and provide the following information:

- Payment receipt

The reference number helps us to identify your payment, ensuring it gets added to your account as soon as possible. If you forget to add your reference number in your payment description, the process might take longer, as we need to manually match your payment to your account.

If you receive an error message during the payment process, there could be many reasons for this.
Sometimes the credit card company does not disclose to us the exact reason for failures. We recommend contacting the bank for more details.
The payment can be completed by using a different credit card or changing the payment method.
Please, verify if there's actually a double charge:
- Multiple 'completed' orders with the same payment amount.
- Two separate order ID numbers and payment ID numbers.
- One order ID number, but two payment ID numbers.
Our team will cancel any duplicate charges or orders once it has been verified.
